Blocking Numbers on an Android Phone<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s rather simple to block calls if you have a more recent version of Android. Just select &#8220;Settings,&#8221; &#8220;Call,&#8221; and &#8220;Call Rejection.&#8221; You can input the names of the contacts you want to block from here. Additionally, you can go to your &#8220;Phone&#8221; app, select &#8220;More,&#8221; select &#8220;Call history,&#8221; and then select a call from the phone number you want to block. Simply add the desired phone numbers to a block list in your phone&#8217;s settings. Every phone number in your contacts list should have a tiny &#8220;i&#8221; icon next to it. Block a number on a Samsung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have a Samsung phone, you may go to your settings and block incoming calls for a specified amount of time. Disable incoming calls by going to Call Settings > My Device > Blocking Mode > and so forth. Use phone apps for Android<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Not every Android phone has a unique feature that allows you to block calls. Android, however, has a wide selection of affordable or free apps that can be used to block numbers. You may ban calls and texts from particular numbers using Mr. Caller. You may also use it to automatically block calls from unknown numbers and from certain area codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An application called Truecaller can identify and block spam calls. You can also ban certain numbers using this feature.<br>There are several free call-blocking apps available on the app store. To select an app that meets your needs, look through apps and read reviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Use Google voice to block certain numbers from any device<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Consider creating a Google Voice account if you wish to block specific numbers and devices from several phones and electronic devices. All of your phone numbers and contacts will be stored in a single Google Voice account.
