Project Payment and Completion Policy
1. Initial Payment and Project Kick-Off
- A non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total project cost is required before the project can commence.
- This deposit secures your spot in our development schedule and covers initial project costs.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, and information required for the completion of the project within two weeks of project commencement.
- Failure to supply these requirements within the specified timeframe may result in project delays.
3. Balance Payment
- The remaining balance of 40% is due within two weeks after the project completion date.
- If the client fails to provide the necessary materials, content, or information required for project completion within the set timeframe, the project will be considered complete, and the balance payment must still be made.
4. Delayed Completion and Penalties
- If the project is not completed within three months of payment due to delays caused by the client (e.g., failure to provide required materials or approvals), a penalty fee will be applied.
- The penalty fee will be detailed in the project agreement and will be added to the final balance payment.
5. Website Management and Maintenance
- We offer ongoing website management and maintenance services.
- After six months from the completion of the project, a maintenance fee will be charged for continued support, updates, and management of the website.
- The maintenance fee and terms will be outlined in a separate maintenance agreement.
6. Project Cancellation
- In the event the client decides to cancel the project after the initial deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable.
- If the project is canceled after significant work has been completed, the client will be responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
7. Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with our services and paying the initial deposit, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation between the parties.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled through mediation or arbitration as agreed upon by both parties.
