Social Media Management Agreement
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following social media management services (“Services”) for the Client:
- Content creation and posting (text, images, videos)
- Social media page optimization
- Community engagement and management (responding to comments, messages)
- Social media advertising and promotions
- Analytics and reporting
- Any additional services agreed upon by both parties
2. Social Media Platforms Managed
The following social media platforms will be managed under this agreement:
- TikTok
- Other: ___________________________
3. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on __________ (start date) and shall continue for a period of ____ months. The Agreement may be renewed or extended by mutual written consent of both parties. (Provide start date below)
4. Compensation
The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fee of 60% for the first month. Then, a Payment of 20% prior to new month if your social media plan includes Paid Ads. The balance is to be paid on the last day of each month.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to social media accounts and any required assets (logos, images, videos).
- Approve content and strategies in a timely manner.
- Provide feedback and direction as needed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of this Agreement.
7. Ownership of Content
All content created by the Service Provider for the Client’s social media pages will be owned by the Client upon full payment. The Service Provider reserves the right to use the content for portfolio and marketing purposes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days‘ written notice. Upon termination, the Service Provider will provide all pending deliverables, and the Client will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Service Provider harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of the Client’s social media pages.
10. Amendments
Any amendments to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
